Employers affected by the pandemic can use a new fast rebate service launched by Retention Credit Recovery Service to claim rebates from the IRS for payroll taxes paid in 2020 and 2021.
In 2020 when the pandemic struck, one strategy used by the federal government was to offer rebates on payroll taxes as an incentive to keep employees on the payroll. Retention Credit Recovery Service has launched a new fast rebate service to help employers claim those rebates from the IRS through the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) program.

While there were several pandemic relief programs created in 2020 that provided loans, this new fast rebate service helps employers claim funds that are not a loan and never need repayment. After several amendments to the ERTC program, employers may be eligible for rebates under the expanded qualifications, even if they were not eligible when the program was first launched.
Through changes made in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, employers that have already received loans from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) are now eligible for ERTC rebates, as well as startups, new businesses, and non-profit organizations. Eligible employers may claim as much as $26,000 per employee. Employers can take a no-cost, no-obligation assessment to determine if they qualify for rebates by visiting the Retention Credit Recovery Service website. The assessment asks 10 simple questions and requires no proprietary business information.
To qualify, a company must have been affected by the pandemic either through government orders such as lockdowns or limited capacity. It is also possible to qualify if a company suffered significant financial losses when compared to the same fiscal quarter of the previous year.
The fast rebate service, known as the 15 Minute Refund program, has a team of ERTC specialist CPAs complete the required paperwork so that companies can receive their maximum allowable rebates, with a minimal time commitment from the employer. Every client will also receive audit-proof documentation for IRS support.
The 15 Minute Refund program is only available from a single firm of CPA specialists and is provided with no risk to employers. Any company that does not qualify or does not receive a rebate will not be charged.
