(Newswire.net — September 22, 2014) Micanopy, Florida — Fearing for the future of the country he is fiercely proud to call home, Floridian Tommy Strickland has launched a new website to form the basis of what he hopes in time will become a major community for Christian conservative homeowners fed up with politics, concerned about the constant attempts to limit the religious rights of Christians, and in need of some expert advice to deal with all the normal day to day homeowner issues.
For under $10 a year, less than 85 cents per month, members will be able to influence and fund programs designed to identify and elect men and women of honor and integrity, willing to be held accountable to their Christian and conservative values. They’ll contribute to campaigns aimed at defeating anti-Christian laws and discrimination at every government level. They’ll be informed about governmental activities felt detrimental to homeowners. And, as an added bonus, anybody joining the membership site will receive expert homeowner and interior decorating tips, potentially worth thousands of dollars, every month.
Passionate about the need for this new site – christianconservativehomeowners.com – and what a vibrant community can accomplish, Strickland says: “I am extremely concerned about the direction in which this country is heading. In fact, I believe given our massive debt, which threatens the entire world economy, we have reached something of a tipping point and I for one am not prepared to stand by and risk my family’s future any longer.”
“Political incompetence at all levels of government, the morally bankrupt even corrupt system in Washington, DC and the constant undermining of the traditional Christian values this great country was founded upon are taking their toll. Now is the time for every Christian, every conservative, heck, every right thinking homeowner to stand up for what they believe in.”
“The political and religious apathy demonstrated by most people in the USA cannot be allowed to continue. We must elect honorable men and women that tell the truth, always, and hold them accountable to the constitution, and the values upon which this country built.”
“If we don’t our enemies won’t have to fire a shot. Our politicians will succeed in destroying our country from within and that is unacceptable. Never has the saying ‘all it takes for evil to succeed is for good people to do nothing’ been more apt.”
The launch of christianconservativehomeowners.com, which will contain articles and videos pertaining to these issues, is timely given the upcoming mid-term political elections and the continued decline in the popularity of Christianity in the United States. Although the U.S. has the largest Christian population in the world, with nearly 247 million Christians, the proportion of people declaring their faith is down to six in every ten from a high of more than eight in ten just a couple of decades ago.
And in the current climate there can’t be many homeowners that wouldn’t benefit from money saving maintenance and decorating tips, especially when they come from Strickland, a certified contractor with over 40 years’ experience, and his wife Debbie, a certified interior designer – both of whom have had their work showcased in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.
Strickland concludes: “I firmly believe it’s no exaggeration to say that the future of our country and families’ lives are at stake but if Christian conservative homeowners are united, they can generate significant momentum and play their part in rescuing our country, building a powerful force for good for the benefit of all Americans.”
