Dustin from Transmedia Powerhouse commented on the mobile directory “This mobile directory will allow Heard On Hurd street festival attendees to easily know who is participating and where they are located. One of the challenges I have whenever I attend events is trying to find a specific attendee, this mobile directory will allow individuals to use their smartphone and know all the key information.”
With this being the first of many Heard On Hurd street festivals, Citizens Bank of Edmond has enlisted the assistance of experienced event manager Brian Bergman of H&8th Night Market to help launch this special event in Edmond. Bergman stated “It’s about discovering the place you live. Edmond is looking for places to be together and reasons to be together, just like Oklahoma City. In the beginning, these street festivals might look similar, but eventually they start to reflect the place around them. Just like babies growing up, you see the personality develop, that will definitely happen with Heard On Hurd.”
