(Newswire.net — October 7, 2014) Darien, CT — Plants grow using a process we all know called photosynthesis. Add some water, and light is tranfered into energy to allow for cellular growth. The concept is accepted by just about everybody. Did you know that human tissue contains a certain protein called chromophores. This specializd protein has the ability to absorb light energy and convert it into chemical energy. The chemical energy then allows the body to accelerate the healing process in damaged tissue. Just like photosynthesis. What does this mean to chronic pain sufferers? It could offer significant relief over pain medications and steroid injections. An added benefit is that there is no side effect just results.

Painful conditions like neuropathy, arthritis, neuroma’s, muscle strains, torn tendons and ligaments, chronic nerve irritation are among of the many conditions that can be helped at reduced cost. Why is mainstream medicine not jumping on the bandwagon? My guess is that big pharma does not see a way to profit from it. There are existing medications out there for the conditions mentioned. Why would a few simple treatments be supported over expensive drug regimen? There is far more profit in long term course of medication since some of the illnesses are chronic in nature.

Why does laser therapy work? I thought you might ask that question. Cold Lasers inject billions of packets of light called photons deep into affected tissue. The treatment is painless, non- invasive and does not cause any trauma or damage to the tissue. All cells have mitochondria within their cell walls. The mitochondria are the boilers of the cell. They produce energy for the cells metabolism. The infused light will  provide more energy to the cell . This will promote pain relief, cellular regeneration and new tissue formation. Not  a bad job. All of this at affordable prices. Treatments range from $25 to $150, for some reason insuraance does not cover the cost. The average treatment takes about 10 minutes, less if you are treated with a stronger laser operating at higher wattage. Two to three weeks of treatment is usually enough to solve many of the conditions previously mentioned. As a side note there are podiatrist’s using Cold Laser to treat nail fungus.

Chiropractors have been using Cold Laser for musculoskeletal injuries for several years. Most are finding that there is a significant relief of pain and inflamation for their patients  allowing to shorten treatment times and enhanced results. This has resulted in greater overall patient satisfaction.

There is FDA approval for treating pain and inflamation so there is inherent safety implied tp comfort new users. So what do you have to loose besides the pain? Go into the light.
