(Newswire.net — July 13, 2017) Mission, BC — As Mission joined other parts of Canada in celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday, Abstract Auto & Window Glass helped make the local fun fair much more fun. The local enterprise, that is family owned and operated, sponsored a ‘Kid’s Zone’ that gave a chance for the local children to enjoy the Mission Canada Day event. Additionally, this was a chance to celebrate Mission’s 125th birthday, which gave the event that much more significance to the locals. The event was organized by Fraser River Heritage Park’s special events coordinator, Joanna McBride, and was her second time doing so. McBride was more enthused and prepared to organize a day that Mission’s residents will enjoy.

To up the ante on the fun, this year had a higher number of face painters, clowns, and bouncy castles for kids to enjoy. Of course, this was made possible through the help and sponsorship of Abstract Auto & Window Glass. It is not just the kids who benefited from the sponsorship.  It also allowed event organizers to seek out more local talent to entertain the kids than was the case in the previous year’s event. In this regard, Abstract helped local talent showcase their skills all to the benefit of the community.

It is no surprise that Abstract sponsored such a noteworthy event given the history of the enterprise has been all about serving the local community. Having operated since 1975, Abstract Auto & Window Glass has proven to be a resourceful local enterprise, serving both automotive owners and home & business owners regarding glass repairs and installations. Community service has been at the forefront of Abstract’s philosophy, and they previously were nominated for a “Customer First” award by local residents.

Just as founders Dave and Sheryl Mitchell provided impeccable service with regards to glass products and glass repairs for homes, vehicles and businesses, the second-generation Mitchell’s – Nathan Mitchell and Nicole Norden continue to provide their invaluable expertise to the community. They do so with the same dedication to service, keen attention to details and quality control, and a customer-centric service delivery approach just as their parents did.

All through the Mitchell generations, Abstract Auto & Window Glass has maintained a dedication to their customers and clients by keeping abreast of the latest and greatest developments in the auto glass and window industry. This allows the company to provide the best services and products to Mission residents and customers in surrounding areas like Abbotsford, Agassiz, and Sumas – and they’ve been a certified ICBC Glass Express dealer for many years.  They are dedicated to their loyal customers and have assembled a team of expert glass installers to be able to handle a variety of service requests.

With the success of the recent Mission Canada Day event behind them, they continue to give back to the Mission community and have established themselves as the preferred auto glass dealer in the area.
