Zentein Nutrition Inc. has announced the expanded distribution of their collagen protein bars, which are now available in over 50 vending machines across Western University residences in London, Ontario.

More information is available at https://www.zentein.ca.

The newly expanded distribution of the ‘Ready, Set…Protein’ bars from Zentein Nutrition are part of the company’s aim to create accessible and nutritious foods that are available for people with busy lifestyles who struggle to find convenient, healthy options.

As modern lifestyles become increasingly busier, many people struggle to find good-tasting and healthy foods that are readily available. The lack of easily accessible and nutritious options often leads people to resort to eating unhealthy fast-food alternatives that can have detrimental effects on their energy and long-term health. Zentein Nutrition is aiming to give people a healthy choice with its collagen protein bars.

The goal of Zentein Nutrition’s ‘Ready, Set… Protein’ bar is to provide people with healthy and energy-boosting food options that support their mental and physical well-being regardless of their lifestyle. Each bar contains 25 grams of collagen protein that supports healthy joints, improves skin, and boosts muscle repair while only containing 5 ingredients: collagen, peanut butter, honey, dark chocolate, and rolled oats.

The ‘Ready, Set…Protein’ bars were developed by Zentein Nutrition’s founder William Wang, a Western University Student who saw a lack of healthy foods that he could eat while juggling his academic studies, career plans, and exercise routines. By creating these collagen protein bars, William aims to benefit others in similar situations to support their mental and physical well-being.

Along with the expanded distribution of the ‘Ready, Set…Protein’ bars into 58 of Western University’s vending machines, the local start-up’s products have been accepted into the government initiative program, Ontario Made, which highlights businesses and products made in Ontario.

Based in London, Ontario, Zentein Nutrition is also aware of the environmental issues caused by a lot of current food production methods, and actively invests a portion of their proceeds towards researching innovative projects which aim to create sustainability in our environment.

The ‘Ready, Set…Protein’ collagen bars is currently available in 1 flavour, Peanut Butter Cup, and aims to offer athletes, students and other working professionals all the nutrition they need to support peak performance.
