Lucy’s Welcomes Bill Germano as New CEO

Germano is responsible for managing trade customer relationships as well as work closely with the company’s Controller to handle all finances for the business.

Germano brings over 30 years of experience in building businesses and value for investors and shareholder to his new role at Lucy’s. Previously, he functioned as the President and CEO of Thomas Kemper Soda Company where he developed multi-channel distribution and reformulated the brand portfolio to a more premium category. Germano also served as the Vice President of Global Business Development for Kettle Foods Inc. where he created a market-driven and multi-channel sales team that increased profits from $49 million to $112 million in three years. Other prominent brands he worked for include Cape Cod Potato Chips, Antgeuser-Busch, Inc. and Frito-Lay, Inc. With robust business development and management skills, Germano brings extensive leadership and marketing knowledge to Lucy’s.
