The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (587-400-1389) has announced an intensive training program that combines online learning with hands-on training, to help new students become fully certified and ready to begin working in a MedSpa, in only a few months.
This new MedSpa training program launched by the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy provides a flexible learning option suited for single mothers, working parents, and new high school graduates, by allowing students to work at their own pace, from anywhere with an internet connection.
More information about Dermysk Academy training, the flexible course schedule, and registration information can be found at https://academy.dermysk.com/
Using this new class, students can become fully certified to perform up to a dozen of the most popular medical aesthetic techniques, in as little as eight weeks. Experienced MedSpa workers and previous graduates from the Dermysk Academy can also enroll in the new Advanced training program, to gain certification in more complex techniques.
In the standard training program, students will learn about the physics and biology of common MedSpa techniques, how each piece of equipment works, and how to safely operate or work in a medical aesthetic clinic. Once students have completed all the online modules, they can schedule one week of hands-on training at the nearest Dermysk Academy.
While this practical training portion of the program does require students to attend daily classes at a Dermysk Academy, it can be scheduled at any Academy location across Canada. During the hands-on training sessions, students will gain experience with actual medical aesthetic tools, techniques, clients, and common complications.
After graduating from the standard training, students will be fully certified in each technique covered by their program and will be able to either begin working in a medical aesthetic clinic or register for additional training. The Advanced training option from Dermysk Academy uses a similar combination of online and hands-on training but provides certification for complex techniques such as Body Sculpting, laser gynecology, and several types of treatments using stem cells.
Alternatively, students can use the Dermysk Academy’s Master-training program to complete their full MedSpa certification in a single course, which has no prerequisites. While this program takes approximately 6 months to complete, it includes everything covered in both the Standard and Advanced classes, as well as exclusive content not found elsewhere.
One recent graduate said, “This school is simply incredible. Theory and hands-on practice thoroughly teach you the profession. The energy of the teachers and school staff is very pleasant. The ambiance is professional, but comfortable as well.”
