(Newswire.net — May 29, 2020) Orlando, FL — Health authorities strongly warn that in the United States, 1 in 7 individuals have diabetes. This highly prevalent and incurable condition continues to alarm doctors and even scientists.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the U.S. even warns that 14 percent of adults in the country have diabetes.

It is further worth mentioning that over 4 percent of these are left undiagnosed. Experts demand managing this incurable condition, otherwise it could result in complications.

According to lead researcher Mark Eberhardt, diabetes remains a chronic health problem in this country, affecting some 30 million people.

Eberhardt is an epidemiologist at CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS).

It is important to be warned that there are contributing factors of this condition, such as family history, weight, and diet.

“In addition, the obesity epidemic is also driving the growing number of people with diabetes,” Eberhardt adds.

The American Diabetes Association warns that around 95 percent of diabetes cases are type 2, which is often tied to overweight or obesity.

Experts strongly recommend taking some proven measures to help fight the condition. It is important to note that diabetes is preventable. It is best to follow the recommended diet against this disease.

Some experts also recommend the use of natural remedies like turmeric, which has long been used in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.

Today, it is a popular subject of studies due to the phytochemical called curcumin it contains. Curcumin has been found to aid in the treatment of certain aspects of both type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

A scientific paper was carried out in the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and McGill University. This paper reviewed various studies about curcumin around the globe, and most of them involved diabetic mice and rats.

This therapeutic ingredient has been found to prevent the accumulation of fat in the liver. It has also demonstrated its ability to slow down a number of diabetes complications, and this is due to the anti-inflammatory properties it contains.

Scientists even suggest that curcumin also enhances insulin function and reduces insulin resistance. This is due to its ability to help insulin enter the AMPK pathway.

In a rat version of Type 1, curcumin was also able to almost completely reverse the disease in a 10-month duration.

There are various mechanisms curcumin has been found to fight diabetes. It is worth mentioning that this natural remedy has also been known to deliver many health benefits.

Supplements like VitaBreeze Curcumin could work wonders in delivering the therapeutic goodness of this phytochemical (www.amazon.com/Turmeric-Curcumin-Complex-Pepper-Extract/dp/B00JA4TLTI/).
