The newly launched service makes installing a trailer hitch to an in RV or a camper a simple process. Before beginning the installation process R&B Hitch will carry out a few preliminary steps such as reconnecting the battery and disconnecting the hitch lock. The company will also elevate the trailer tongue or nose so it is able to position the trailer hitch ball underneath the coupler.
R&B Hitch will then place the wheel chocks to stabilize the travel trailer in a way to fix it and stop it from moving. Then staff will proceed to open the coupler latch and utilize the manual or automatic crank to lower the coupler onto the trailer hitch ball.
The next step taken is to proceed to the locking of the latch and insert a hitch pin to prevent the unhitching of the trailer hitch ball afterward. The company performs this locking to ensure that the ball is not going to come off of the trailer. After pinning, the trailer tongue is raised again so the spring bars and other devices can be plugged.
R&B Hitch will then attach the trailer hitch pin inserting it from left to right. The pin must be inserted on the left side of the hitch pin receiver tube because the highest place on the highway is the left part because of construction for drainage.
Next R&B Hitch will hook up the electrical plug and then connect safety chains to the towing vehicle. The chains are crossed to allow the truck and trailer to articulate a very sharp turn.
Then the company will install the breakaway cable looping it through the receiver safety loop. Then the spring bars are set up for the weight distribution system. They are secured to the frame of the travel trailer through the saddle by a tiny locking pin.
