The newly launched services at Unlox’U – Eating Psychology Clinic aim to help clients find the root cause of their issues with food.
Oftentimes, food problems are not about food, but driven by underlying and hidden reasons. Psychology and one’s brain determines how a person eats and lives.
Eugenia struggled with an eating disorder for over 15 years. She understands the impact of food and lifestyle on a person’s health and is committed to helping clients regain their control around food.
She and her team believe that changing one’s brain can lead to lasting changes in terms of one’s relationship with food and the psychology of eating.
Throughout her coaching sessions, she uses a three pillar approach that combines psychology, nutrition and neuroscience. This ensures that clients can change their brain, habits and behaviours to solve their issues around food.
Eugenia has a BSc in business psychology and is a holistic nutrition coach and a TEDx speaker. She regularly speaks on podcasts and has been featured in magazines such as NEXT and NZ Good Healthy Choices.
She has been interviewed on Radio Live, discussing the struggle with food and body image and the shame associated with it. She is also a regular guest blogger for companies such as AwesomeInc, Voices Of Hope, Seed + Soul, Consciously Living, and Pretty Pinz.
With the recent announcement, Eugenia is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals to healthier living.
A satisfied client said: “Eugenia has made a remarkable difference in my life. She took me from a place of constant food addiction and trying to avoid my emotions to cooking more meals, eating less junk and snacking less often. She is a genuinely caring person and is thoughtful and thorough with her methods.”
