(Newswire.net — 8 August, 2013) Sofia Road, Singapore — Ever since the regulations were tightened due to the increasing scams by illegal moneylenders in Singapore, Max Credit faces a major crisis where the number of customers obtaining personal loans declined dramatically. The previous office location of Max Credit was located at the seventeenth storey of Peace Centre, which made the business suffer due to its unknown location.
In view of the crisis, Max Credit sourced for possible office locations that will improve their visibility to attract new customers and shifted to the current new location which is also located at Peace Centre but at the first storey. The shifting of office locations from the seventeenth storey to the first storey does not affect the public but it is a significant change for Max Credit.
The new office location of Max Credit is ideal as it is located along a stretch of shopping malls, nightlife, resturants and bars. With POMO Shopping Mall, Parklane Mall and Wikiedge Campus lined up next to Peace Centre, together with the resturants and bars within the vicinity, Max Credit is able to improve their visibility and create awareness for the personal loan company among the public. To further gain attention and “advertise” the products, the office is decorated and designed with LED lightings and banners.
Mr Lim, a spokesperson for Max Credit added, “These attractive LED lightings and banners are not only to attract new customers from patronizing our office. It is there more to act as a stimulator in the brains of the people walking past our office. Their brain will capture the image due to the LED banners and the next time they require financial needs, Max Credit will come to their minds. Ever since we shifted, the number of customers obtaining loans from us also have increased.”
Studies have shown that the store design have a positive influence on consumer behaviour and Max Credit is another classic example on proving the hypothesis right. With the established reputation resulting from the new office location, Max Credit aims to plant their brand name in the hearts of the people.
