(Newswire.net — May 4, 2013) Spokane, WA — On June 6th, from 3pm to 6pm, Spokane swimming pool and spa company, Pool World of Spokane Washington will host the 4th annual Pool World Grill Off, featuring local celebrities and media personalities. Local celebrities and media personalities will again be competing for a brand new grill and 2nd and 3rd place winners will compete for $100 Gift Certificates to Wolf Creek Steakhouse in Spokane.
The event will be held at Pool World of Spokane located at 5701 E Sprague Ave. in Spokane, Washington. Last years winner was KXLY 920 AM radio’s Morning News Host, Bud Nameck, who walked away from the 2012 Grill Off Event with a Big Green Egg with Egg Mates and Nest.
This year’s confirmed cooking participants are Kristi Gorenson of KXLY Radio, Keith Osso, Wingman on ESPN radio, and Mark Peterson, KXLY TV. Participants will be competing on top quality grills and smokers provided by The Big Green Egg, Traeger, Louisiana, and Weber.
The winner of the competition will receive a new grill of their choice from Pool World of Spokane. The event is open to the public and everyone will be able to watch the competition as each participant grills gives it their all on the grills, smokers and bbq’s.
The ESPN Wingmen, including Show Host Rick Lukens, 700 ESPN Sports Reporter Keith Osso, The Wingman Steve Pry and 700 ESPN Sports Anchor Tom Giles will be broadcasting live at the event.
This year’s food sponsor of the 2013 Pool World Grill Off Event is Wolf Creek Steakhouse, which is located in Spokane on 104 Sout Freya Street.
