We can also program the inbound phone calls to ring your telephones in a wide variety of different patterns. We can have calls ringing only one phone number. We can have it ring a second (or more) number if the first number does not answer. We can have it ringing several phone numbers at the same time. So no matter where you are, including away on your cell phone you can be reached instantly by an incoming calling prospect. The inbound phone calls can be programmed in a wide number of different manners which we can discuss if this feature is appealing to you.

I have several clients that have sales forces. And when a lead comes in to some of them: have it ring all the sales reps phones at the same time and the first sales rep that picks up the call gets it and the other sales people are frozen out. Other clients have us deliver calls to their sales reps evenly in sequential order. I can even deliver more leads to selected reps than the others. I can also ring several numbers sequentially if the previous number did not answer. Or, automatically route calls coming from specific area codes, or from specific sources, to specific sales reps (or to different branch offices, etc.).
