Willoughby Walk Scheduled for Full Occupancy by April

ENM Construction Management’s flagship project, Willoughby Walk in Langley, is nearing the final stages of completion. The 191-unit purpose-built rental building is scheduled for full occupancy by April.

Project manager Daniel Greenhalgh has overseen all aspects of construction since the development began over three years ago. He says the company’s first foray into purpose-built rental development has been successful.

“As a company, we want to specialize in purpose-built rentals and take them from development to construction. I don’t think any other company is doing that in the Lower Mainland,” says Dan. “We hope to help meet the huge need for high-quality rental properties. There’s a big demand, a tiny vacancy rate, and that makes rents much higher across the board. We hope that by focusing on purpose-built rentals, we can be a part of making housing more affordable across the Lower Mainland.”

FIRST TENANTS ARE IN

The first tenants moved into Willoughby Walk on February 1st. They were welcomed by our professional property management team from Transpacific Realty. Owner Rod Fram felt a strong kinship with ENM’s goals for the property.
