(Newswire.net — September 30, 2014) — Hundreds of last year’s best Black Friday deals centered around reduced pricing on electronics gadgets. With new smartphones and tablets reporting record units sold during pre-Black Friday sales, advertised Black Friday electronics deals were up more than 40% (1,600 total with 500 less than $20 in 2013 vs. 1,100 total in 2012).
Black Friday PREDICTIONS for gadgets and electronics accessories deals forecast continued price drops on popular headphones, bluetooth devices, streaming media players and smart watches and wearables. Special Best Buy coupons will again discount iPod deals with iPod Nanos at $89 and iPod Touch at $200. Beats by Dr. Dre Solo Headphones will linger below $100 (where available), while Beats Studio models will well below $200. Shoppers will also find solid Black Friday streaming media player deals with Apple TV below $80 (last year hhgregg and Meijer offered in-store gift cards to lower prices) and deals on Roku 3 around $70 (currently under $80 on Ebay with up to 4% cash back from FatWallet).
As consumers turn to the bigger iPhone 6 and Galaxy Note 4 as their main control devices, lower priced smartphone home automation gadgets like Belkin’s WeMo switches will offer patient consumers Black Friday discounts. Dozens of quality bluetooth keyboards and speakers will be the hot mobile device accessories at 20% off or better. Expect Nike Flex and Fuelband deals to fall under $90, along with individual store-incentivized Black Friday bargains on other wearable tech, like smart watches and the new Apple Watch.
