Jack Canfield a Great Resource for Business Coaches

I’m a business coach. I help businesses and executives find and stay on their intended path. My mastermind team and I had the pleasure of reading and dissecting Jack Canfield’s book “The Success Principles” last year. Each month we’d read at least 1 section (there are a total of 6) on our own and then get together on our hour plus long calls to discuss what we thought, what we liked, what we were applying and if it was working or not. It was a highly successful 6 months for the whole group and we really had an opportunity to test his theories out over a timeline. If you have the opportunity, this is a great way to take in this book. If you don’t, maybe you can create it.

As an added bonus, the book offered many resources and additional reference materials that you can find here, http://www.thesuccessprinciples.com/resources_index.php for free. I know that might not seem like much in this day of free this and free that but there are some good tools here and I was impressed. Not only that, they keep it current, add to it, and it remains free including many links to projects and products Mr. Canfield has had no part in.

As a business coach, I not only find masterminding, but this book an invaluable tool. In, fact, I have it on our reading list for all new clients now. Its more of a “How To…” than anything else, giving you step by step, instructions on creating better habits. It also an uplifting read that will just generally have you feeling better each time you pick it up and put it down with anticipation for what’s next.

You don’t have to take my work for it, the publication’s site, www.thesuccessprinciples.com, has dozens of testimonials from fellow business coaches, successful athletes, writers and more. It offers a lot of other information too. I suggest you check it out.

Meanwhile, get this book! It’s well written, easy to follow, and you’ll see quick results. If you find its direct style troublesome or just plain don’t like talking to yourself, you might not find this book as pleasurable as I did. One of our team members was like that. We helped him think of it as an exercise program. He just stuck with it – whether he liked it or not – and next thing he knew, thing were going and feeling a bit different and improved for him. You can do this for yourself if you need to. Just stick with it – whether you like it or not – and next thing you know… Walla, easy, effective, results.
