(Newswire.net — June 30, 2013) Washington DC — There is a new service being introduced, IM stock Exchange. It is hyped as being the first internet marketing stock exchange. Instead of investing in companies, members can invest or buy shares in upcoming internet product launches. You do none of the hard work to create products and launch them to the public.

Founder Richard Newton says this is a brand new spin and it’s completely different type of product.

“What better way to make money, than doing large product launches. They bring in a lot cash in a short period of time.” He claims your investments are actually very secure because you know within a short period of time you going to make money.”

A look at the affiliate page for IM stock exchange reveals some interesting claims.

It’s a great new platform that enables vendors to sell shares of their upcoming product launches for secure cash up front. Members can buy shares and securely get their cut paid directly to them!

This means for the first time ever, members are able to make money online doing nothing!

Before any launch shares are listed, each launch goes through very strict due diligence checks to make sure all facts & figures are verified and the estimated revenue & profit is accurate.

This concept is very intriguing and has never been offered in the internet marketing world. It may turn out to be a why didn’t I think of that or I’m glad I didn’t mess with that.

The words Richard Newton uses to describe his service may make you pause. When you name your service IM Stock Exchange, are you regulated by the SEC? Since this isn’t a public offering it may qualify for an exemption.

I found this on the SEC website. Your company’s securities offering may qualify for  exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act. Even exempt transactions, are subject to the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws.

Richard Newton posted this online in response to questions and concerns. “The term stock exchange should not be taken literally.” Only when a product is in prelaunch can you invest in it…  Also we only list vendors with previous launches and the share price is calculated on many factors such as previous launch revenues, refund rates, number of affiliates.”

He also related in another post “The invested money goes to the vendor and the jv contract agreements on affiliate networks such as jvzoo etc.  guarantee the investors get their cut. “…

IM Stock Exchange, Is it another sit on your butt and make money scam or a revolutionary new twist?
