(Newswire.net — October 31, 2013) Beloit, WI — FatWallet.com, where savvy shoppers share coupons and earn cash back at over 1,500 stores, launches an infographic to display results from a national survey of Cyber Monday shoppers (*survey conducted online by TNS Global). The infographic reports that almost half (48%) of those surveyed plan to shop on Cyber Monday 2013, with more than half planning to spend more this year. Also, more than 60% surveyed under the age of 40 plan to shop Cyber Monday while more than 60% of “Boomers” say they will not. In a switch from years past, shoppers indicated they will look to buy more tablets and smartphones than TVs and laptops this year, and 34% say they will shop for gadgets. As predicted, 76% will seek free shipping and 55% will look for store-wide discounts on Dec. 2.

“One of the more telling results from our survey said that one third plan to shop for Cyber Monday deals on Sunday,” states FatWallet spokesperson, Brent Shelton. “Online shoppers have come to expect more early opportunities for both Cyber Monday and Black Friday sales, and they’ll be using mobile and social media more often to shop, as well.”

FatWallet’s popular Black Friday Deal Finder features all the Black friday ads from Walmart, Best Buy and others and will reload on Dec. 1 to feature all the hot Cyber Monday deals from hundreds of online stores (see 2013 predictions). Holiday shoppers can download FatWallet’s Black Friday mobile app (available for both iOS and Android users) to stay connected to all the holiday deals news and make purchases anywhere.
