BrettsFitnessTips.com was started by a former Marine, Brett Johnson, who found himself in his 40’s and out of shape after leaving the Marine Corps.  BrettsFitnessTips.com goal is to share only the most time and cost effective activity, nutrition, and recovery tips.

 

The Original Turbulence Training Bodyweight workout was written and developed by author and trainer Craig Ballantyne while doing research as a university grad student.  The Original Turbulence Training employs bodyweight exercises that any user can do from home.  These 20 minute workouts only need to be done three times a week to see noticeable results.  They are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts.  Users of any age and any fitness level can find a workout to meet their needs.
