Andy Shaw’s French Ferrari Nightmare Over

(Newswire.net — June 17, 2015) Steyning, West Sussex — In a recent “A Bug Free Mind” blog post, Andy Shaw has spoken about how his dream car became a virtual nightmare during the homeward bound Journey through France. The UK entrepreneur said that following a very eventful week, both he and his son were finally back in the UK almost unscathed. He added: “After Avignon I was stopped for speeding, and when the Policeman stopped me he asked for details. Then he said the magic or tragic words, “Your license is gone, your car is gone.”

The idea of buying a Ferrari 458 Spyder came to Andy when launching his successful mindset bestseller “A Bug Free Mind,” who says that an image of the luxury car is actually visible on the company logo, seen on the website. Although Andy’s dream recently came true, he admitted that following such a long period of everything going right for him, he was in fact due for a bit of bad luck.

Andy continued his nightmare story by adding: “Obviously it was a little shocking to start with as I had been traveling at what I thought was quite a slow pace. But apparently this slow pace at which I was traveling was in fact still way past the speed limit. Firstly I had to take the car back to the Police station so it could be safe. There was no problem with me keeping the car, I just couldn’t drive it as I was on a three day ban. The Officer told me that he could have confiscated my car, but that he wasn’t going to. Then the word “Merci” fell out of my mouth.” After contacting relatives who lived within 100 KM of the scenario, and paying a whopping 750 Euro fine, Andy was eventually chauffeur driven back to the UK by his Uncle in his brand-new red Ferrari 458 Spyder, though this time, sticking to the authorized speed limits.

In the blog post, Andy Shaw also describes how both he and his son were able to apply the bug free mind process to help them with their dilemma. He added: “During the whole trip I noticed just how much I had been feeling grateful. That this long term desire had happened, and that I was getting to spend so much time and experience so much with my son. When it went wrong, I said to him this was a learning experience for him and because of his mindset he saw it as that too. He would’ve liked to come back with me but was perfectly okay that it had happened, and accompanying me in the Ferrari wasn’t going to happen now. There was no stress, disappointment or frustration from him at all, he just dealt with it.”
