Eat, Drink and Be Alkaline

(Newswire.net — July 11, 2018) Cheyenne, Wyoming — Eating right and moderate exercise is the rule of thumb for staying healthy. Everyone knows that overeating is bad for you, eating too many sweet treats and desserts are bad for you and definitely too much greasy fast food is bad for you but not many realize that there is another tasty danger category in the culinary world. Acid forming foods. Every food is either acidic or alkaline, furthermore when ingested, its effect may be different from its state when it was consumed and that’s why lemons which are acidic by nature actually have an alkaline effect on the body.

“Some foods have an acidifying effect (usually those containing sugars, trans fats, dairy, preservatives, sweeteners, chemicals etc), whereas others have an alkaline effect,” notes Avocado Ninja, an alkalinity advocate entity based in the United Kingdom. “Conveniently for us, it just so happens that the foods that contain alkaline minerals (and leave an alkaline effect) are all the foods we already know are good for us: low sugar foods, fresh alkaline vegetables, nuts, seeds, salads, sea vegetables, water rich foods etc. And for the foods that contain minerals that have an acidic effect: sweets, alcohol, trans fats, meats, dairy, pizza, cola, biscuits, chips, white breads and pastas, refined foods, processed foods etc.”

At the end of the day, it’s important to be mindful of what is eaten and how much, basically being aware of one’s diet and drinking lots of water to neutralize the body’s internal pH as best possible, particularly alkaline water. So while there are some general guidelines to eating for better health, when it comes to alkalinity, it’s not always such a clear cut, black and white matter as one would like it to be as mentioned above with regards to citrus.

“Drinking water every day is one of the best things you can do for your health,” asserts StepToHealth.com. “Water not only forms a large portion of the body’s composition, it’s also essential for the organs to carry out their individual functions properly. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day is recommended for maintaining proper hydration levels and preventing the development of diseases. Sometimes this liquid is not sufficient on its own, and needs a little alkalinity to be able to regulate the body’s pH.”

It’s obvious that what is eaten absolutely influences the pH balance of the human body but alkaline water is most efficient in recalibrating and maintaining pH levels to achieve a healthy state of alkalinity for organs to function at their best. Considering this point, there have been a number of products around to help with maintaining proper pH, among the best is HealthyWiser™ pH Booster Drop which can be easily added to water or any other beverage.

“Your health depends on the balance of an alkaline environment, created by eating foods such as tomatoes, avocados and green vegetables… and regulating your body’s acid/alkaline chemistry through simple changes in diet can result in weight loss, increased stamina and strength, a stronger immune system and a greater sense of wellbeing,” details Robert O. Young, Scientist and Author of The pH Miracle

With that said, it’s well advised to ensure a healthy state of alkalinity is sustained daily and using the HealthyWiser™ pH Booster is an effective and convenient way to do so whether at home or on the go.
