(Newswire.net — September 21, 2018) Orlando, FL — Diabetes is often believed to be caused by following unhealthy diet and living a sedentary lifestyle. This may be true, but it is important to learn that such a condition may also be influenced by genes.

A study was published online in the Nature journal. This research has revealed that men with a certain gene variant may be at a heightened risk for type 2 diabetes than those without the gene.

In this study, supercomputers were used to analyze medical data, which help healthcare providers understand the associations to diseases in complicated cases.

According to Laxmi Parida, IBM research scientist and manager of the Computational Genomics Group, who is based in Yorktown Heights, New York, says algorithms can untangle the web of genetic data that can hide important diagnostic clues.

Josep Maria Mercader said that it has been known obesity as well as a sedentary life can increase Type 2 diabetes risk. However, one’s genome can also be predisposition to the development of the condition.

Mercader is an author of the study and a PhD student at the Broad Institute of Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, who is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Mercader was previously affiliated with the Barcelona Supercomputing Center.

Scientists further reveal that this study sheds light on the potential genetic factors that trigger Type 2 diabetes. This may include a rare X-chromosome variation, which seems to increase the risk of men for Type 2 diabetes by over 200 percent.

This research was able to support the familiar theory that the condition can be inherited from a parent. If it is in the family, it is essential to take the measures necessary in warding off the condition.

This may include following healthy diet and making the best lifestyle choices. It is worth remembering that Type 2 diabetes is actually a more complicated condition that originally thought.

There are ways to fight diabetes, and experts recommend constantly following healthy diet and lifestyle. There are also natural remedies like the amino acid called L-Carnitine found to be helpful against the condition.

In 2007, a study revealed that L-Carnitine was able to enhance insulin sensitivity in a diabetes treatment. It is further worth mentioning that its use has been found to decrease bad cholesterol levels in diabetics.

L-Carnitine is a popular subject of many scientific research studies. It is thought to offer many benefits to health, and even has a potential to fight diseases.

Divine Bounty L-Carnitine is a formula consumers may take into account using. It is popularized by its high potency and purity, and is even protected with a money back guarantee.

This formula could also be as useful as a weight loss aid (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XF7K9MM).
