(Newswire.net — May 15, 2020) Orlando, FL — Today, many people consume fried foods nearly on a daily basis or during every meal. It is important to realize that these fried foods are usually the processed ones, which contain chemicals, dyes, additives, artificial flavors, and preservatives.

In some studies, it has been found that these harmful substances have an impact on behavior as well as cognitive functioning.

According to researchers, they have the ability to slowly damage nerve cells located in the brain. Aside from having high levels of calories and fat, fried foods could also trigger inflammation in the brain.

It is important to be warned this could result in memory loss and brain fog. There are many fried food meals in fast food restaurants. Fast food is usually loaded with saturated fats, which according to experts make it difficult for the body to fight off the beta amyloid plaques.

In various research studies, the beta amyloid plaques are found to be hallmarks of a certain form of dementia called Alzheimer’s disease. This type of food is also usually loaded with sodium, which many studies have shown to be linked with immediate memory decline.

More studies are still being carried out to explore the undesirable brain health effects of these foods.

When it comes to strengthening brain health, there are ways found by researchers to be useful. These include the use of all-natural remedies, which have been discovered in studies to have protective benefits on the brain. It is worth noting that certain remedies have strong therapeutic potentials that could fight even the most chronic brain health issues.

One of these remedies involve the use of nutrients like B vitamins, which have been found to particularly work in reducing levels of homocysteine.

According to experts, high levels of the amino acid called homocysteine are considered to be a risk factor for dementia onset. The good news is that B vitamin intake works in reducing its levels, and this means it could provide cognitive health benefits.

A randomised, double-blind study was published in The Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America.

In this research, it has been found vitamin B supplementation significantly delayed the rate of cognitive decline. At the end of this impressive trial, the investigators found that the group treated with B vitamins had reduced homocysteine levels by 53 percent compared to the placebo.

They also scored significantly better in terms of cognitive function and memory tests.

To experience the brain health benefits of B vitamins, it is wise to consider the use of Divine Bounty Vitamin B Complex (https://amazon.com/dp/B07414752B).
