(Newswire.net — August 19, 2020) Orlando, FL — For many people with conditions like heart disease, engaging in physical activities range from being difficult to scary. However, it is worth realizing that experts have long been strongly warning against living a sedentary lifestyle.

According to a new research, quite a number of women suffering from heart disease do not follow an exercise routine. Experts suggest this could trigger more health issues down the road.

Dr. Victor Okunrintemi says that physical activity is a known, cost-effective prevention strategy for women with and without cardiovascular disease, and our study shows worsening health and financial trends over time among women with cardiovascular disease who don’t get enough physical activity.

Dr. Okunrintemi is a former Johns Hopkins Medicine research fellow who is now an internal medicine resident at East Carolina University.

“We have more reason than ever to encourage women with cardiovascular disease to move more,” he added.

The findings were published online recently in JAMA Network Open.

The investigators found that women whose age belonged to the 40 and 64 bracket were the fastest-growing age group not getting enough physical activity. It included 53 percent not exercising enough in 2006-2007 and 60 percent in 2014-2015.

In the United States, heart disease has been found to affect 43 million women. It is also considered to be the top cause of death among American females.

While the prevalence of heart disease unstoppably soars, it is worth realizing that there are numerous ways to take better care of cardiovascular health. Having the right diet is vital, and it includes one that has high levels of probiotics.

These live microbes have long been found to offer a myriad of health benefits. They are particularly known for their ability to take care of gut health and manage a healthy weight. It is important to realize that the gut bacteria may affect brain health, blood sugar, and even heart health.

They do so by decreasing levels of inflammation, cholesterol, and blood pressure. Scientists say that probiotics work in restoring gut health and this is vital for the well-being of the heart.

A review of 15 studies has shown that probiotics may aid in significantly reducing both total cholesterol and bad LDL cholesterol levels.

It is important to realize that cholesterol level management is vital for heart health. What makes it all the more beneficial is that it could also reduce blood pressure, and this is according to a study involving 156 human subjects.

Due to its inflammation-fighting benefits, probiotics are also recommended for heart health. They can be easily and efficiently obtained through the use of formulas like Divine Bounty Digestive Enzymes.
