Foods High in Trans Fats May Wreak Havoc on Brain Health, Experts Warn

In some studies, it has been found higher consumption of trans fats is linked with the increased odds of poorer memory, Alzheimer’s disease, and cognitive decline. 

One study, which involved 38 women, has shown that those who ate more saturated fat relative to unsaturated fat had worse memory and recognition measures.
