Scientists Now Highlight the Powerful Cognitive Health Benefits of B Vitamins

The study results have demonstrated that B vitamin supplementation may actually delay this shrinking, which is a key component of the Alzheimer’s process and that is linked with cognitive decline.

Scientists particularly stress that vitamins B3 and B12 are useful due to their ability to do brain repair and improve brain function that Alzheimer’s disease ends up damaging.
