The other semi-finalist is Australia and they too are favorites to win the title. Each team is giving it all they have in order to win this historic tournament.
The Springboks are another team with an excellent performance in their qualification for the world cup. They were impressed with their performances in the three matches and are on a high after winning the first two matches. They now hope to become the first-ever World Champions in rugby league history. If things continue like this then this could be the year when the USA beats Australia in the semi-final to become world champions.
There is plenty of expectation on the USA side to win a future World Cup. As well as representing their country at the tournament they have earned a huge fan base from all over the world. This has encouraged the USA team to perform at their best. If they win the tournament they will be providing a great boost to the US footballing community and also giving the young rugby players in the USA a great example to follow in the sport.
