(Newswire.net — November 9, 2021) Orlando, FL — High blood pressure continues to be one of the most common and dangerous medical conditions today. There are various contributing factors being widely studied by researchers today, and these include the surprising and not-so-known ones.

A study was carried out and presented at principal investigator Professor Kazem Rahimi of the University of Oxford, UK.

The findings of this research suggest that men who work and who have higher incomes are more likely to develop hypertension.

It is worth noting that the JCS 2020 takes place online from 27 July to 2 August in conjunction with the Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology Congress 2020 (APSC 2020). Joint scientific sessions are being held by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and JCS as part of the ESC Global Activities program.

According to study author Dr. Shingo Yanagiya, men with higher incomes need to improve their lifestyles to prevent high blood pressure.

Dr. Yanagiyais from the Hokkaido University Graduate School of Medicine, Sapporo, Japan.

“Steps include eating healthily, exercising, and controlling weight. Alcohol should be kept to moderate levels and binge drinking avoided,” he adds

Around the globe, more than one billion people suffer from high blood pressure. Further, about 30 percent to 45 percent of adults are affected. Amon individuals 60 years and older, the prevalence rises to over 60 percent.

Further, hypertension is the top global cause of premature death. In 2015, it even accounted for nearly 10 million deaths; and of those, ischaemic heart disease accounted for 4.9 million causes and 3.5 million were due to stroke.

“High blood pressure is a lifestyle-related disease. As a physician seeing these patients I wanted to know if risk varies with socioeconomic class, to help us focus our prevention efforts,” said Dr. Yanagiya.

Scientists continue to carry out studies investigating the impacts of taking some measures helpful in the management of blood pressure levels. There are established techniques such as exercising regularly and engaging in physical activities.

It may also be helpful to take into account using some all-natural remedies like L-Carnitine, which is an amino acid that is linked with a range of health benefits.

It could be an excellent addition to a blood pressure-managing diet. It may be obtained through the use of formulas like Divine Bounty L-Carnitine, which is known for its high potency and purity.

Divine Bounty L-Carnitine may deliver a myriad of health benefits. There are many who even used it for preventive health purposes, and this means reducing their odds of certain diseases (amazon.com/dp/B06XF7K9MM).
