(Newswire.net — November 11, 2022) Orlando, FL — Maintaining heart health is one of the most important ways to live a longer life. Unfortunately today, there are quite a number of people who are at increased odds of suffering from heart-related issues.

Multiple research studies have been carried out to explore the best possible ways to help protect the heart better.

One study was carried out by researchers from the University of Leeds. The findings of this interesting research were published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology.

In this new national study, it has been found walking and cycling to work were linked with fewer heart attacks. This research involved 43 million adults in England. The co-authors were Alistair and Jonny Brownlee, Olympic-medal-winning triathletes and alumni of the University of Leeds. They suggest that active traveling could produce significant health benefits.

It is important to be reminded that there are major risk factors for heart disease, such as being overweight, living a sedentary lifestyle, having diabetes, and smoking.

The investigators found that active commuting was associated with additional health benefits in some cases. The study findings have shown that women who walked to work had a 1.7 percent decrease in the risk of heart attacks the following year. In men, cycling to work was associated with a 1.7 percent decreased heart attack risk the following year.

Today, experts continue to investigate the various techniques to help protect and enhance heart health. A therapeutic compound called resveratrol has been scientifically found helpful.

This polyphenol has been attracting the attention of the scientific community due to its remarkable healing benefits. It has been found to aid in battling diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and brain health issues.

When it comes to cardiovascular health, resveratrol has been found to exert antioxidant benefits. It has been able to demonstrate its ability to decrease low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol oxidation and platelet aggregation.

It is worth noting resveratrol has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-aging, neuroprotective, obesity-reducing, bone health-enhancing, diabetes-fighting, and cardiovascular health-protecting benefits. It also has antiatherosclerotic and vasorelaxation action and has the ability to interact with multiple molecular targets, which involve diverse intracellular pathways.

Scientists further suggest this remedy works in activating sirtuins, which is a class of NAD+-dependent deacetylases that impact multiple transcription factors and other protein targets.

Resveratrol doesn’t just offer heart health benefits, but may also aid in battling other conditions. It can be obtained nowadays via supplementation, such as the use of Purest Vantage Resveratrol (http://amazon.com/Resveratrol-Supplement-Trans-Resveratrol-Additional-Polyphenol/dp/B01N3LZY3O).
