This technology has been devised in order to combat the risk posed by the “wet bulb effect”, which is a phenomenon that prevents natural cooling from occurring in humans and animals alike in certain atmospheric conditions. This vest counteracts the wet bulb effect by wicking the heat away from the animal’s body without the use of moisture or evaporation, providing consistent cooling in all conditions.
These vests are available for animals of all sizes and are fully adjustable. The strap-and-velcro design wraps the dog’s torso tightly without restricting the movement of the legs, which is an aspect of traditional dog clothing that may upset some animals.
