The addition of Millichap to CREtelligent’s board aligns well with the company’s strategic direction and vision to power the commercial real estate (CRE) ecosystem as a trusted and leading provider of innovative due diligence solutions, analytics, and professional insights.

Laura’s career in the commercial real estate industry spans nearly 30 years, with initial experience in commercial lending with Washington Mutual and Slatt Capital. With a passion for technology and a keen eye for process improvement, Laura moved into the prop-tech space, founding the real estate technology company CRE Simple, a SaaS workflow platform designed to support CRE transactions with integrated debt partners.
Laura serves in advisory roles for several technology firms, created and runs the Global Corporate Partnership program for Second Century Ventures, and performs Entrepreneur in Residence services for Second Century Ventures’ REACH program. Second Century Ventures is the venture arm of the National Association of Realtor®.
