The National Roof Certification and Inspection Association (NRCIA) will use the latest training techniques and software tools to ensure its members are fully compliant with the standards recently implemented by the California Senate Bill (CA SB) 721. Through its membership benefits, the association empowers inspectors to adhere to regulations with the aim of keeping building industry standards high.
In light of the bill, the association has developed CA SB 721 compliance training programs that cover regulations and teach inspection techniques. Using the latest tools and resources available, NRCIA can help members streamline their inspection processes to produce detailed building reports.
As such, its members can provide end-clients with comprehensive analyses of their property condition, complete with photo evidence, transparent proposals, and professional recommendations. Members also gain access to the InspectionPLUS tool equipped with e-signature technology that can be configured to generate and distribute documents for optimal streamlining.
NRCIA also offers its members a CA SB 721 certification that demonstrates the quality of their services, raising their status within the roofing and building industry. Inspectors can be added to NRCIA’s certified inspector directory that property managers use to source local professionals.
