(Newswire.net — August 21, 2015) — The most deadly terrorist group on the planet, the Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) plans to send 16 of its fighters on suicide missions after they tested positive for AIDS, a Syrian source claimed.

According to the Kurdish Syrian ARA news, the HIV positive fighters diagnosed with active AIDS symptoms, are currently quarantined+ in a hospital in the city of Mayadeen in the eastern Syrian province of Deir ez-Zor.

ARA news cited a local Syrian doctor who claim “Most of those infected are foreign militants who had sexual intercourse with two infected Moroccan women.” According to the doctor, the women passed on the disease to the militants before their infection was discovered.

“We were ordered by the group’s local leadership to transfer the infected militants to a quarantine center in the city,” Syrian doctor told the agency.

Reportedly, the two infected Moroccan woman fled to Turkey fearing they would be executed for spreading the deadly virus.

The IS leaders shortly found a usable role for the infected fighters which were diagnosed with AIDS. According to the news agency, they are preparing to serve as suicide bombers.

“IS leadership is planning to assign suicide attacks to its militants who tested positive with AIDS,” a civil rights activist in al-Mayadeen told the agency.  The plan seems to be to infect victims who survive the blast with the HIV virus.

According to the report, this is not the first time IS soldiers have caught the HIV virus. A similar incident happened last spring, after two HIV infected Indonesian soldiers sold their sex slaves, causing an AIDS outbreak in the IS controlled city of Shaddadi in Hasakah province.

Another report said the man was executed in June, after he donated his blood and then discovered he was infected with the HIV virus. The source added that the Yezidi girl who was repeatedly raped, was sold to an Egyptian fighter, “who was also later confirmed positive with AIDS”.

Syrian doctor, reported Wednesday from Deir ez-Zor province that AIDS has spread to several other militants who raped the same Yezidi girl.
