(Newswire.net — September 17, 2016) — During his speech on Friday at a rally in Miami, Donald Trump once again provoked the masses to concentrate their hate on Hillary Clinton, his opponent in the presidential race.

Trump said that Hillary Clinton’s “bodyguards” should disarm themselves because Clinton supports gun control. This is not the first time Trump criticized Hillary’s gun control stand, however, this time he crossed the line by implying that Clinton’s armed bodyguard is the only thing that stands between her and someone who wants to hurt her.

“Take their guns away,” Trump said. “She doesn’t want guns. Let’s see what happens to her. Take their guns away. It would be very dangerous.”

“She goes around with armed bodyguards like you have never seen before,” Trump said, not mentioning his Secret Service bodyguards, as every presidential nominee is entitled to.

Trump’s statement sparked immediate response from Clinton’s office.

“Whether this is done to provoke protesters at a rally or casually or even as a joke, it is an unacceptable quality in anyone seeking the job of Commander in Chief,” Clinton’s campaign manager, Robby Mook wrote.

“He is unfit to be President and it is time Republican leaders stand up to denounce this disturbing behavior in their nominee.”

Saying Trump is “off his leash”, Clinton’s press secretary Brian Fallon tweeted that assassination jokes couldn’t be an idea approved by Trump’s campaign manager Kellyanne Conway.

This wasn’t the first time Trump drew heavy criticism for a perceived assassination comment. At an August rally in North Carolina, Trump allegedly suggested that armed citizens could stop a hypothetical president Clinton from putting justices who favor gun control on the Supreme Court, USA Today reported.
