(Newswire.net — February 23, 2017) — London, UK – The new adaption of the world known American romantic fantasy musical film, Beauty and the Beast, featuring Emma Watson as Belle, and Dan Stevens as Beast/ Prince Adam, had its London premiere on Thursday, February 23.
The 26-year-old actress was noted as the Bell of the ball and a real-life Disney princess, according to Daily Mail.
Watson has been posting updates from the Beauty and the Beast press tour on her Instagram account, where she also openly admitted ‘it takes a village’.
The actress wore a dazzling, but an eco-friendly gown from New Zealand-born but London-based designer, Emilia Wickstead. This comes as no surprise as the actress is openly committed to eco-friendly brands which make efforts to save energy and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by using sustainable fabrics, as she fully explains in her posts.
The actress finds the fashion industry to be one of the greatest pollutants and is committed only to brands which do not leave a negative mark, CNN reports. Clothing from Louis Vuitton, Oscar de la Renta and Burberry are also seen in her photographs.
The 34-year-old Dan Stevens showed to be ‘not bad for a beast’, also dazzling the audience in an astonishing navy suit.
Among other celebrities to appear in the film are Emma Thompson, Sir Ian McKellen, and Ewan McGregor among others.
Disney has also thrown in Celine Dion to record a new song for the upcoming soundtrack of the live-action remake.
The original song is titled ‘How Does a Moment Last Forever and Dion is expected to bring its superpowers which turned Titanic’s My Heart Will Go On into a mega hit.
Dion, 48, had already won a Grammy for her 1992 collaboration with Peabo Bryson on the track for the animated feature film.
Dion said she was “truly honored to be a part of this film again” when announcing the news, Daily Mail reports. The French-Canadian acknowledged that being a part of Disney’s original title was an utmost magical lifetime experience for her.
Other names on the soundtrack include John Legend and Ariana Grande.
The film is scheduled to hit theaters on March 17, whereas the soundtrack will be released a week after, on March 10.
