Mr. Chaffee manages close to one million square feet of mixed retail space and multi-tenant and commercial properties, including:

The mixed-use Center occupies more than 120 acres and houses over 120 tenants. He also managed and optimized commercial properties in Los Angeles and Riverside, California. His professional affiliations include representation to the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Westside Neighborhood Council in Los Angeles, the West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Redmond Chamber of Commerce.
