Award Winning comedians will have audiences rolling on the floor laughing at Staffordshire’s only dedicated comedy club from the 21 to the 22nd of August. Three brilliant comedians will be on the bill as well as resident compere Cokey Falkow, recently seen on Alex Garland’s Devs.
The show on Friday and Saturday is headlined by Phil Reid and there are two fantastic support acts. Social distancing is in effect and the venue has capped the seating to accommodate Covid-19 guidelines. ROFL is accepting socially distanced bookings for 2, 4 or 6 guests. There is table service for food and drinks, plus an awesome comedy event – live. Not on the telly or streamed to your phone!
Opening the first night of comedy since the lockdown will be Rachel Jackson, an Edinburgh native with a quick mind and a sharp tongue. She has made somewhat of a name for herself in Scotland and is renowned for her fearless style and candid, yet loveable demeanour. Jackson has developed several sketches for the BBC, culminating in a web series entitled Bunny Boiler for BBC Three, which received critical acclaim.
