Recent Study Finds Time of Eating Influences Obesity Risk

Experts say this means that they could only eat during certain hours of the day. On average, the investigators found the participants consumed food throughout an 11-hour timeframe during the day and also slept for around 7 hours a night. 

The subjects who ate later in the day slept at a later time. However, they slept for about the same amount of time as those who finished eating earlier. The researchers suggest later meal timing was linked with a higher body mass index as well as greater body fat.
