There were behaviors linked with weight loss at six months in the combined groups. These included less intake of sugar such as desserts and sugar-sweetened beverages as well as fried foods. The researchers also recommended more intake of fish and reduced frequency of dining out in restaurants. 

The findings of this interesting research were published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
