Experts Suggest B Vitamins May Play a Significant Role in Inflammation Management

In this research, the researchers compared blood levels of vitamin B6 and 13 different indicators of inflammation in 2,229 adults who were enrolled in the Framingham Offspring Study. 

The findings have shown that individuals with the highest overall inflammation score had the lowest vitamin B6 blood levels.
