(Newswire.net — September 10, 2014) — Expected this fall, Scott Tucker, will introduce a new fitness blog featuring personal insights from many competitive athletes and professional coaches and trainers. The blog promises to cater to all fitness enthusiasts everywhere, and will include in-depth descriptions of various lifts, instructions on how to improve technique, strength training, and nutrition.
“Most people want to become healthy, and start a fitness program, but they never follow through,” says Scott Tucker. “But with my not-to-be-missed weekly roundup of my favorite fitness and nutrition content, and daily workout routines, I think I will be able to help them stay on track and follow through, and help them to achieve their goals.”
According to Tucker, the blog will include not only step by step instructions, but will also include videos, nutritional information and recipes for healthy eating and weight loss. Tucker says that health and fitness has always been a passion of his, and he has helped so many people, that he decided it was time to start a blog and help whoever he can get healthy and lives a productive and happy life.
“With the high numbers of adults and children being overweight in America, it is time for someone to step in and do something,” says Scott Tucker. “And there is nothing out there that that actually includes every aspect of fitness, so I thought it was time to help everyone get healthy and fit. Thirty years ago, there was not this massive epidemic of overweight adults and children because everyone got up and did things, but today with the Internet, video games, and remote controls for everything, the world has become lazy.”
Tucker says that his blog also includes detailed descriptions of the different types of fitness routines, including strength training, as well as lists of healthy low fat foods and recipes. He even includes shopping lists, weekly menus, as well as daily routines to follow, with the option of receiving a daily email reminder to do your fitness routines.
