(Newswire.net –May 16 2012)  Loa Angeles, CA — Soccer training camps are run up and down the country, and have always been viewed as a fun way to teach soccer training exercises in the summer.

But now according to ex-professional soccer player (turned coach) Matt smith, soccer training camps are a waste of time. Matt says “they are expensive, and do very little to improve your skill level.” Speaking honestly about his experiences before turning pro, he recalls, “Most of the time you are standing around doing nothing, or waiting in line for your turn to get a touch of the ball”

Matt who is now a professional coach, believes that many of the soccer training exercises used at summer training camps, are pretty useless, out-dated theories, which do little to enhance the players or make them better.

His belief is, your aim with soccer training drills is to get the maximum effects on your game, in the shortest possible time. Training should improve your skill, If you are taught the right things. This is what we try to do with ‘The Epic Soccer Training System’.

The Epic Soccer Training System, is Matt’s own home study soccer skills training program. In it, he teaches the skills and techniques that made him 3-time all state champion, Florida Player of the year, High School all American, Collegiate all American and a professional soccer player.

One of Matt’s students FAUSTO says this about the course “The content is outstanding. Your program content, if followed and practiced consistently, will improve a players skill and confidence.

What Epic Soccer Training does differently to 90 percent of other coaching programs, is really focus in on the players skill and technique. Exercises aimed at total ball control and mastery.

It Shows you how to pass, shoot, dribble, volley, beat defenders and many more great things. Including how to think about the game from a professionals prospective. Things you will not hear about or learn at your average summer soccer training camp.

Thousands of followers around the globe can’t be bad. Or indeed wrong, about the merits of the program. As it is enjoyed worldwide as Matt’s reputation continues to grow.
