(Newswire.net — August 21, 2020) Orlando, FL — Researchers have been carrying out studies to look into the effects of inflammation on overall health. In a U.S. Study, it has been found to play a role in the health of individuals with too little or too much sleep.

Previous research studies have shown a link between short and long sleep duration and the increased risk of various health issues. These include obesity, diabetes, coronary heart disease, and even death.

Scientists say that chronic increases in the levels of inflammation-regulating cytokines are linked with an increased risk of health problems, such as heart disease and diabetes.

The new study has shown that every additional hour of self-reported sleep duration was linked with an increase in the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) by 8 percent. There was also a 7 percent increase in the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6).

The investigators reveal that both CRP and IL-6 are inflammation-regulating cytokines. There was an association between every hour of verified sleep decrease and an 8 percent increase in tumor necrosis factor, another inflammation-regulating cytokine.

The study was published in the Feb. 1 issue of the journal Sleep.

It is worth realizing that more and more researchers point to chronic inflammation as a culprit in the onset of various diseases and disorders. Experts strongly recommend resorting to some helpful measures in decreasing levels of inflammation inside the body.

One of the natural remedies reputed to be a strong anti-inflammatory is curcumin, which has long been used for a range of medicinal purposes. In many studies, curcumin has been able to decrease inflammation levels.

In a research, the investigators had 117 individuals diagnosed with metabolic syndrome. The researchers treated the participants with one gram of curcumin everyday for eight weeks or placebo.

At the end of the research, it has been found the group treated with curcumin had reduced levels of three blood markers of inflammation, including C-reactive protein (CRP), along with lower fasting blood sugar and hemoglobin A1c (a measure of longer term blood sugar levels).

Due to its ability to reduce inflammation marker levels, curcumin is highly recommended for inflammation-related conditions.

Today, there are many experts who strongly recommend its use via supplementation. It is worth realizing that curcumin is highly recommended for various medicinal purposes.

Researchers in many areas around the globe have found that curcumin could work wonders in potentially warding off a range of diseases. Consumers who want to experience its benefits may take into account using VitaBreeze Curcumin, which is known to be highly potent.
