(Newswire.net — May 6, 2022) Las Vegas, NV — There is undeniably a growing number of people today who suffer from kidney disease. There are various risk factors for this condition, and one is diet.

According to a new study, individuals who excessively consume sugar-sweetened beverages may be at a heightened risk of kidney disease.

This research looked into over 3,000 black men and women in Mississippi. The investigators found that subjects who consumed the most sweetened fruit drinks, soda, and water had an increased risk of chronic kidney disease by 61 percent.

While the water was one of the potential culprits, it is worth noting that the participants may have consumed flavored and sweetened water.

According to lead study author Casey Rebholz, there is a lack of comprehensive information on the health implications of the wide range of beverage options that are available in the food supply.

Rebholz is an epidemiologist at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore.

“In particular, there is limited information on which types of beverages and patterns of beverages are associated with kidney disease risk in particular,” she added.

The findings of this interesting study were published online on Dec. 27 in the Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology.

Today, scientists increasingly carry out studies to explore ways in enhancing kidney health and protection. One of the natural remedies that have demonstrated their kidney-health-enhancing benefits is turmeric.

This Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda spice is popularized by the curcumin it contains. Scientists say that curcumin is highly therapeutic due to its pharmacological properties.

These are its genoprotective, antifungal, adaptogenic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anticarcinogenic, antiproliferative, antiviral, renoprotective, insulin-sensitizing, androgenic, antifibrotic, neurorestorative, and metal-chelating properties.

It also contains an anticoagulant, antiseptic, anti-platelet, antioxidant, anti-amyloidogenic, anti-cytotoxic, antibiotic, antimicrobial, anti-purulent, immunomodulating, and anti-catabolic agents.

Due to its anti-inflammatory benefits, curcumin has been found to potentially halt the progression of kidney disease. It is important to keep in mind that kidney disease has a great potential to result in kidney failure.

Research shows curcumin may be as effective as a pharmaceutical drug in the treatment of chronic renal failure.

This powerful healing phytochemical can be obtained through the use of formulas like Incredipure Curcumin. It contains black pepper that enhances curcumin absorption, and this is one reason why it is found to be more beneficial than other brands.

Incredipure Curcumin is also pure and free from GMOs, gluten, soy, wheat, sugar, binders, titanium dioxide, BHT, talc, sodium benzoate, lead, mercury, PCBs, and titanium, fillers or additives (https://www.amazon.com/Turmeric-Curcumin-Supplement-BioPerine-Capsule/dp/B0166KAW8M).
