Exercise Is Time and Again Found Most Helpful for Individuals With Cardiovascular Disease

In this study, the investigators analyzed data of 441,798 participants who were part of the Korean National Health Insurance Services Health Screening Cohort. It is worth noting that of these, there were 131,558 participants with preexisting cardiovascular disease.

Further, there were 310,240 individuals who were healthy. Following the 6-year follow-up period, it has been found that those with cardiovascular ailment benefited more from physical activity than the healthy participants.
