(Newswire.net — March 5, 2019) Orlando, FL — Scientists conducted a study in 2011 and found that some treatments may have long term benefits to those with chronic fatigue syndrome.

The research team believe that cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as graded exercise therapy (GET) provided better outcomes.

These results were found superior over the standard medical care (SMC) and adaptive pacing therapy (APT) at one year.

The study was carried out by the team Oxford University, King’s College London and Queen Mary University of London. It was funded by the Medical Research Council. In that study they looked at four potential treatments for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). Professor Michael Sharpe from the University of Oxford was one of the researchers.

More studies are still underway to explore more of the therapeutic options that could work best on chronic fatigue syndrome.

Fatigue often follows after having poor sleep. However, there are many factors believed to contribute to fatigue.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has revealed that 1 in 3 people in the United States are unable to get adequate sleep.

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) recommend sleeping 7 to 8 hours a day for those over 18 years.

According to experts, physical and mental fatigue are two different things. It is important to be warned that long-term physical exhaustion often leads to mental fatigue.

Health authorities warn there are quite a number of medical conditions that lack of sleep is associated with.

Fatigue, on the other hand, does a great job of preventing one from fulfilling their everyday tasks. There are those who find it hard to get out of bed, and some even encounter road accidents.

It is worth mentioning that fatigue often results from poor health, and at the same time, causes health issues too. This includes chronic conditions, infections, and stress.

If in cases of diabetes the sufferer is diagnosed and treated, fatigue may go away. Fatigue can result from poor health and it can cause health problems, too.

Health experts recommend resorting to the measures necessary in fighting fatigue. There are energy-boosting natural ingredients like rhodiolarosea found to be extremely beneficial for this problem.

According to experts, rhodiola is primarily popularized as an outstanding fatigue fighter.

It has been found to reduce or get rid of the negative mental and physical impacts of minor physical exhaustion.

Scientists suggest that it could be effective in fighting the type of fatigue produced by prolonged or repetitive low-intensity exertion or extended periods of stress.

Researchers suggest rhodiola has a great potential to alleviate or reduce some fatigue symptoms. This includes muscle aches and soreness, headache, and feelings of tiredness and sleepiness.

Formulas like Divine Bounty RhodiolaRosea may be helpful in delivering the fatigue-fighting benefits of this natural remedy (amazon.com/Rhodiola-Rosea-Supplement-Siberian-Salidroside/dp/B07416DYPB).
