Scientists Reveal How Exercise Positively Affects Male Sexual Health

According to the investigators, these include information about orgasms, erections, the quality, and frequency of erections, and overall sexual function.

The study results have demonstrated that men who frequently engaged in the exercise had higher sexual function scores, regardless of race. Frequent exercise equates to a total of 18 metabolic equivalents or METS per week. 

The MET-hours, on the other hand, reflect both the total time of exercise and the intensity of exercise. It is further worth noting that men who worked out less had reduced levels of sexual function.
